मंत्री विधान सभा :- स्नातकोत्तर और 5 अनुभव।
मुख्य मंत्री विधान सभा :- स्नातकोत्तर, M.Phil मास्टर ऑफ फिलॉसफी और 5 वर्ष का अनुभव।
मंत्री लोकसभा :- स्नातकोत्तर, डॉक्टर की उपाधि और 5 वर्ष का अनुभव।
न्यायाधीश की नियुक्ति योग्यता और अनुभव के आधार पर हो, न कि collegium द्वारा, प्रतियोगी परीक्षा से ही हो। LLB-LLM की उपाधि प्राप्त, वक़ालत का कम से कम 5 वर्ष का अनुभव रखने वाला प्रत्यासी निम्न न्यायालय से उच्च और तब उच्चतम न्यायालय तक पहुँचे।
शारीरिक रूप से सक्षम सभी को रोजग़ार।
नाकारा-निकम्मों को मुफ़्त राशन की सुविधा बन्द।
सरकारी ख़जाने से किसी भी प्रकार की आर्थिक सहायता बन्द।
चुनाव लड़ने की उम्मीदवारी केवल उन्हें लोगों को जिन पर, गत वर्ष तक कोई भी आपराधिक मुक़दमा दर्ज़ न हो। चुनाव में विजय के एक वर्ष अन्दर अगर कोई मुक़दमा दर्ज़ हो तो, और उसका निपटारा अगले एक वर्ष में न हो तो विजित व्यक्ति को इस्तीफ़ा देना होगा और सभी वेतन-भत्ते ब्याज़ सहित लौटाने होंगे। तत्पश्चात उसे भविष्य में चुनाव अयोग्य माना जायेगा।
कार्यकाल पूरा होने के बाद कोई पेंशन-भत्ता, मुफ्त मकान अथवा अन्य सुविधायें पूरी तरह बन्द।
जिस दिन लोक सभा अथवा राज्य सभा में काम न हो उस दिन का वेतन अथवा भत्ता नहीं।
हगामा-शोरगुल करने वाले सांसदों को तत्काल बाहर निकालना। 3 बार यह हरक़त करने पर सदस्यता की समाप्ति।
कोई भी गम्भीर अपराध करने पर, दोष मुक्त होने तो सदस्यता का स्थगन। एक साल में दोषमुक्त न होने पर सदस्यता पर आजीवन प्रतिबंध।
सभी सरकारी कर्मचारियों को 60 की उम्र के बाद रिटायर-कार्य मुक्त कर दिया जाता है, यह नियम राजनेताओं पर भी लागु हो। मोदी की उम्र 76 है, उसे भी राजनीति से सन्यास लेना ही चाहिये।
पहले आरक्षण फिर SC/ST ACT और अब स्वतंत्र ता का हरण (Arrest of Swatantr under SC/ST ACT). अबकी बार Modi Syndicate सत्ता से बाहर।

UNSEATING GUILTY LEGISLATORS :: When ever it comes to save their own skin, all political parties come to the common platform/unite, be it the RTI (right to information) connected with the disclose of the source-utility of their funds or the unseating of the legislature sentenced for two or more years of imprisonment, in one or the other case.

पड़ोसी देशों के साथ शांति अच्छे सम्बन्ध परन्तु अनुशासन भंग करने-हमला करने-घुस पेंठ करने पर कार्यवाही।
सभी मंदिरों को मुसलमानों के कब्जे से मुक्त कराना-पुनर्निमाण व शुद्धिकरण। बाधा डालने वालों को जेल में जनसँख्या को काबू में करना-वृद्धी बंद करना-काबू में रखना।

UNSEATING GUILTY LEGISLATORS :: When ever it comes to save their own skin, all political parties come to the common platform/unite, be it the RTI (right to information) connected with the disclose of the source-utility of their funds or the unseating of the legislature sentenced for two or more years of imprisonment, in one or the other case.
One will not be astonished/aghast to discover that more than 50% of legislatures are branded criminals, pushing ahead the sentence through writs-adjournment. No political party/group, should offer them tickets for elections and support their unseating in stead of enhancing the time period for appeal to 5 years. This will be fatal to any democracy, like the cancer of reservation for the society.
"Any one behind the bars will not be able to contest elections, any more" the decision of the supreme court has been welcomed by all except except SP and CPM.
Only glitch here is the misuse of power by the government by putting the rivals custody just to avoid contest-elections. This issue came up earlier as well but instead of finding out reasonable solution, the legislators are busy finding ways and means to scuttle the Supreme Court verdict.
ABOLISHING RESERVATION आरक्षण :: There is no reference-evidence of atrocities-untouchability-crime against the Shudr (Scheduled Castes) any wherein Purans-Veds or any of the scriptures. Sufficient evidence is available to show that all communities lived peacefully maintaining harmonious relations amongest themselves.
पुराणों-वेदों-शस्त्रों में अछूत-नीच ऊंच या उनसे भेद भाव का कोई प्रमाण नहीं मिलता।
Advent of Islam, initiated-promoted conversions, enhancing the population of Muslims, from 1800 to 28 crores. Britishers-Europeans were not far behind; they too promoted conversions, which are still continuing unabated. Both these communities treated the converts as low-degraded people. Their policy of divide and rule, found tools in the people engaged in manual work, skilled jobs, reaping seeds of discord.
आज इस क्षेत्र में 1,800 से 28,00,00,000 करोड़ मुसलमान पैदा हो चुका है। मुसलमान शासकों और अंगेजों ने यह भेद भाव उत्पन्न किया। उनकी-फूट डालो और राज करो की नीति सफल रही और वर्तमान सरकारें भी उसी राह पर चल रही हैं।
They constitute just 1/4th of Hindu population and 1/9th of total population in India. Grant of reservation in jobs, promotions, admissions in educational institutions and extending it further; is growing the seeds of discontentment-discord in 8/9th of the total population. 1/9th of population is encroaching upon the rights of 50%-60% of the population. The intelligent-laborious-hard working is denied opportunities. This is against the basic spirit of the constitution, which advocates of equal opportunity for everyone.
अनुसूचित जातियां हिन्दुओं का महज एक चौथाई व कुल जनसँख्या का महज नौवा भाग हैं, मगर आरक्षण 50% से 60%. ये कैसी अंधेर गर्दी है।
The moment members-representatives of these communities becomes Chief Minister, Lok Sabha Speaker, Cabinet Minister, President, the tag of Dalit-down trodden- backwards, lose its significance and is dropped automatically. They are rubbing their shoulders with each and every one in the society-where is discrimination against them?
जो व्यक्ति राष्ट्रपति ,लोकसभा का स्पीकर, राज्य का मुख्य मंत्री, केंद्र में मंत्री बन जाता वह अनुसूचित कहाँ रह गया। यह गन्दी राज नीति मात्र है।
Reservation is like a dreaded disease, creating classes among classes, disillusionment-dissatisfaction-friction-caste conflict. Constitutional experts should voice their opinion against it, before it’s too late. The elected representatives should look forward to eliminate it, as soon as possible.
What is perturbing is that the descendants of Bhagwan Shri Krishan are enjoying the fruits of reservation by claiming to be backwards How can a person, who has reached the high office of Chief Minister, claim to be a backward.
भगवान श्री कृष्ण के वंसज भी खुद को पिछड़ा कह कर आरक्षण ले रहे हैं।
Now a Chief Minister and Multi Billionaire is calling himself backward just to be in chair. How tragic!
