| KORPARSTHITIH कोर्परस्थिति |
यह रेखा पहले पर्व से शुरू होकर सन्धि रेखा को काटती हुई दूसरे पर्व पर पहुँचती है।
इसके कारण जातक की बुद्धि भृष्ट हो जाती है और उसे घोर दुःख की प्राप्ति होती है। यह रेखा कोर्परा की विपरीत दिशा में काम करती है।
This line starts from the first phalange of the middle finger of the left hand, cuts the juncture of two phalanges and reaches the middle phalange. It makes one devoid of intellect leading to eternal pain & sorrow. It acts just opposite to KORPRA.

| KARMNDIDHI कर्मन्दिधी |
कर्मन्दिधीः नाम रेखा मध्यमामूलपर्वगा।
स्त्रीणां समृद्धि: सौभाग्यं सौशील्यादि च तत्फलम्॥
कर्मभोगादिनामासौ धीरिच्छावाचिका ततः। भोगेच्छां प्रददातीति नाम्ना कर्मन्दिधी मता॥
यह रेखा मूल पर्व पर उपस्थित होती है। यह स्त्रियों को मनचाही वस्तुएँ प्रदान करती है। इसके नाम का अर्थ ख़ुशी है। यह केवल स्त्रियों के ऊपर ही लागू होती है और उन्हें अन्ततोगत्वा सन्यास की राह-परमानन्द की ओर ले जाती है।
Its found at the base phalange of the middle finger of the left hand. It gives a woman all good things, happiness and good nature. Its name mean love for pleasure and enjoyment. This line is applicable to women only. One ultimately rejects the world and become a saint-recluse.

पाश्र्वोंन्मुखी विजयदा नामार्थ: स्निग्धवर्णदा॥
मूल पर्व पर स्थित यह रेखा जातक को सफलता प्रदान करती है। यह सूर्य की ऊँगली की ओर झुकी हुई होती है। इसको यह नाम इसके तैलीय स्वरूप के कारण प्राप्त हुआ है।
This slanting line is present at the base phalange of the middle finger of the left hand. It provides success to the bearer. It gets its name from its oily appearance.

(4). GURVI गुर्वी ::
गुर्वी स्यात् मध्यमामूलपूर्वान्त्यस्था तु योषिताम्। सदा भोगप्रसङ्गेन क्लेशदा कामिनां भृशम्॥
अस्या गुर्वीत नामापि गात्रगौरवसूचनात्।
यह रेखा निम्न पर्व पर जिस स्त्री के हाथ में पाई जाती है, वह लगातार शारीरिक-काम वासना सुख की इच्छा रखती है। इस रेखा को यह नाम स्त्री के मोटी होने की ओर इशारा करता है।
This line is found at the base phalange of the middle finger, creating perennial uneasiness to the pleasure loving woman on account of constant thought about sexual union. It name indicate a bulky body of the bearer.

(5). DAMNA दमना ::
दमना मध्यमामध्यपर्वान्त्र्यांशस्थिता स्फुटा। अशुचित्वप्रदा रेखा स्त्रीणां पुंसामथापि वा॥
यह रेखा मध्य पर्व पर ऊपर की ओर पाई जाती है। इसके प्रभाव से पुरुष और स्त्री जातक अपवित्र हो जाते हैं। यदि यह निम्न और मध्य पर्व की संधि के नजदीक हुई तो जातक को पवित्रता की प्राप्ति होगी।
It is present at the top portion of the middle phalange. It makes men and women unclean. If the location of the line is near the junction of the middle and base phalange it will give cleanliness to the bearer.

| VANSH BANDHINI वंशबंधिनी |
(6). VANSH BANDHINI वंशबंधिनी ::
सा वंशबंधिनी मध्य पर्वान्त्यांशस्थिता ऋजुः।
बन्धुत्वं तत्फलं नाम्ना फ्लोक्त्याSर्थोपि सूचित:॥
सीधी खड़ी रेखा मध्य पर्व पर ऊपर की ओर मिलती है। इसके प्रभाव स्वरूप जातक के रिश्तेदार उसका मार्ग-तरक्की अवरुद्ध कर देते हैं। वंश बंधिनी का शाब्दिक अर्थ वंश को बाँधने-रोकने वाली है।
This line is also close to the top portion of the middle phalange and is straight is formation. It indicates that the bearer might be tied down by the relatives.

पूतेति छंदतो बुद्धिप्रसरत्वप्रसूचनात्॥
प्रथम पर्व पर पाई जाने वाली यह रेखा जातक को विलक्षण ज्ञान प्रदान करती है।
This line is present over the top phalange granting extraordinary knowledge to the bearer.

(8). PRIYLIKA प्रियलिका ::
प्रियलिका चाSन्त्यपर्वमध्यस्था लोकरञ्जनी।
नाम्ना प्रियालिकेति स्यात् बंधुवर्गप्रियत्वतः॥
प्रथम पर्व पर स्थित यह रेखा जातक को जनप्रिय बनाती है।
One is admired by the people due to the presence of this line over the first phalange of the middle finger of the left hand.

देवी तदन्त्यपर्वान्त्यसंस्था चञ्चलसंस्थितिः।

बीच की ऊँगली के प्रथम पर्व पर पाई जाने वाली यह रेखा जातक को अस्थिर चित्त बनाती है, जिसकी वजह से वह निरन्तर अपना स्थान-स्थित बदलता रहता है।
This line is found at the top phalange of the middle finger of the left hand. It makes the bearer a fickle minded person who constantly change his place or position.

महापूर्वा तु तन्मध्यसंधिरेखोपरि स्थिता।
पुंसां प्रसिद्धिदा स्त्रीणां भोगसौख्यं प्रयच्छति॥
पूर्वाङ्गस्य महत्वेन महापूर्वेति नामच।
यह रेखा उलटे हाथ की बीच की ऊँगली के मध्य और निम्न पर्व की संधि पर मौजूद होती है। इसके प्रभाव से पुरुष जातक को प्रसिद्धि प्राप्त होती है। उसे असाधारण ज्ञान की उपलब्धि भी होती है, जिससे वह महान बनता है। स्त्री को यह रेखा कामेच्छा की पूर्ति में सहायक होती है और वह अपने कार्य-कलाप और समर्पण की वजह से महान बनती है।
This line is found at the juncture of the middle and the lower phalange of the middle finger of the left hand. The bearer gets name and fame due to its presence. One will become great as a result of his conduct and par excellence in learning. The woman will gain fame due to the performance of her duties, depending upon her standing in life. Its presence grants sexual pleasure to the woman.
